Sales/Business Development:
We are looking for career-minded representatives to source and meet with clients to discuss needs and give timely quotes.
Residential: In home consultation with homeowners to sell custom garage cabinets, concrete floor coatings and other garage organization solutions to affluent clients around the Austin and San Antonio areas.
Commercial and Builder: Develop/manage sales and partnerships with local/national home builders, commercial/industrial contractors, flooring companies, garage doors suppliers, interior designers and real estate brokers. Implement value-added selling techniques to close business for our concrete floor coatings and custom cabinet solutions.
Minimum of 2 years experience in-home sales experience. History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Values: Must be honest, friendly and assertive to close the deal.
Computer skills: Microsoft business suite applications, sales/estimation software with cabinet design programs (turbocad).
This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to give 100% in growing the business. Leads provided; however, you will also be required to do sourcing and calling on perspective new clients. You will be rewarded handsomely with nice commission checks, paid phone and travel expenses. Work out of your home, or at our shop.
Locations: Austin/San Antonio.
Salary: $30-$80K+ possible (draw against commissions). Phone and auto allowance.
Installations: Cabinets, Concrete Floor Coatings, and Helpers
We are looking for part to full-time workers (20 to 50 hrs a week) to install epoxy floor coatings, garage storage cabinets, and assist in the wood shop to manufacture our custom cabinets.
We start early and sometimes work late but can work around your schedule if needed with advanced notice.
Typical hours are 7:30 am to 3 pm: NO evenings or weekends is the rule but with some exceptions (behind schedule, commercial jobs or special deadlines).
Cabinet Installers: Salary: $25+/hr. based upon experience.
Must have at least 3 years of valid cabinet/in-home installation experience, have own tools, reliable transportation and strong work ethic. Experience with custom cabinet install and KD style cabinet fabrication. Cabinet painting and finishing experience is a plus.
Epoxy Flooring/Acid Staining Installers: Salary: $20+/hr. based upon experience.
Must have a minimum 4 years epoxy painting and concrete staining experience. Concrete scoring and thin set overlay experience and proof of manufacturer training courses or a portfolio of finished projects with references.
Shop and Install Helpers: Salary: $17+/hr. based upon experience.
Limited experience? We will train the right candidate.
Minimum requirements: Knowing how to read a tape measure, experience with power/hand tools, and knowledge of painting techniques will get you the job. Most of all, having an open mind and ability to learn new tasks quickly with a great attitude will play a big part in the hiring decision!
You will be sharing in the tasks of: sweeping, pressure washing/scrubbing floors, filling cracks and under pinning curbs, mixing epoxies, painting floors, cleaning up the shop, stacking plywood, loading trailer for the next day’s work. You will also help stage and install cabinets on location. We are a small shop and we all (including the boss) pitch in to do what ever it takes to get the job done. The most important thing is to try to have fun and enjoy our work and co-workers. We work hard to make our customers happy which includes getting the job done right and on time.
